Mårten Mickos

Mårten Mickos is a software industry veteran who is currently CEO of HackerOne, a software vulnerability coordination and bug bounty platform. Most recently, he was senior vice president and general manager of the cloud business for Hewlett-Packard, and former CEO of Eucalyptus Systems, which provided software for cloud computing on computer clusters. From 2001 to 2008, Marten led MySQL AB, through its acquisition by Sun Microsystems. Mårten was a co-founder and CEO of MatchON Sports Ltd. He was also CEO of Intellitel Communications Inc., a subsidiary of Sonera, and has held sales and marketing positions at Solid Information Technology Ltd. and other software companies. He has served on the Board of Directors of Nokia, Electrosonic, Mozilla Messaging and RightScale. Marten has a master's degree in Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology in Finland.
